This is the part most programs leave vague, and it is the part most likely to cost you your account — or cost us ours. Read it before you publish anything.
Everything we sell is research-use-only. Promotional content
must reflect that. A partner who implies human use puts their own liability, our merchant account and the
whole category at risk, and we will remove them from the program.
Not permitted, at all
- Any dosing, protocol, reconstitution, stacking, cycling or administration guidance.
- Any claim that a material treats, cures, prevents or improves a disease, symptom or condition.
- Personal-experience testimonials, before-and-after photography, or body-composition results.
- Implying a product is safe for human or veterinary use, or comparing it to a prescription medicine as an alternative.
- Health, medical or bodybuilding influencer framing that positions research materials as consumer products.
Required on every placement
- A clear research-use-only statement: not for human or veterinary consumption.
- FTC-compliant disclosure of your material connection to SpecPep — a plain, visible statement that you earn a commission. Not buried in a footer, and not "#ad" alone where it can be truncated.
- Accurate specification claims only. Purity, testing and sourcing statements must match what our COA and quality pages actually say.
Also not permitted
- Bidding on SpecPep brand terms in paid search, or running ads that could be mistaken for our own.
- Coupon-scraping, cookie-stuffing, typosquatting, or unsolicited email.
- Self-referrals, or referrals from accounts you control.
We are happy to review a draft before you publish. That is a service, not a hurdle — the goal is that you never lose a placement or a payout to a wording problem that took two minutes to fix.

How do the commission tiers work?
Every partner starts at Starter (10%). Your rate upgrades automatically once your monthly referred volume crosses the next threshold, and the new rate applies to everything — new orders and repeat orders alike, for the life of the customer. Once you have earned a tier it is permanent; a slower month never demotes you.
When and how do I get paid?
Commissions are approved after the order's return window closes, then paid on the 15th of the following month by ACH (US) or PayPal (international). The minimum payout is $50 — anything below that rolls into the next month.
How long is the referral cookie?
Thirty days from the first click on your link. If your referral purchases within that window you are credited, even if they never enter your code. Last click wins where two partners are involved.
Which products can I promote?
Anything in the catalog. Commission is calculated on the order total excluding shipping and tax. There are no excluded categories, though the content policy above applies to every product equally.
What happens if a referred order is refunded?
The commission on that order is reversed and deducted from your next payout. Every reversal is itemised in your dashboard so you can reconcile it.
Can I refer myself, or my own lab?
No. Self-referrals and orders from accounts you control do not earn commission. If you want an account discount for your own purchasing, talk to us about a bulk account instead — that is a better deal for you than a commission would be.
Do you accept international partners?
Yes, paid by PayPal. You are responsible for your own tax reporting in your jurisdiction. US partners earning over the annual threshold receive a 1099.
Can I get my content reviewed before publishing?
Yes, and we would rather you did. Send a draft to the partner team and we will come back with any wording changes needed to keep the placement compliant.
